The Better Business Bureau is pleased to offer parties additional alternative dispute resolution services at a reasonable cost. All determinations are based on the original value of the service/product or the charges stated in a written agreement. If the parties have entered into a separate pre-dispute arbitration agreement as a part of their initial contract, the fees stated in that agreement will be considered as the operative agreement. Non-binding Mediation Sessions are available for two hours at a charge of $200.00 per party. Additional hours are billed separately. Below is the fee Schedule for Binding Arbitrations for a two hour session. Additional fees are charged for longer sessions, re-scheduling/cancellation of a scheduled hearing, and additional arbitrator payments for longer hearings. We offer no pre-hearing discovery meetings with the arbitrator.
